THE KENYAN PREMIER LEAGUE BACK WITH A BANGER!!

The Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Premier League is gearing up to commence its 2024/25. The league will Commence with exciting opening fixtures on Saturday, the 24th of August 2024.

The day’s action begins at 1:00 PM with Posta Rangers taking on Bandari at the Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos. Concurrently, KCB will face Kariobangi Sharks at Police Sacco Stadium.
Following these matches, Bidco United will square off against Shabana at Thika Stadium at 3:00 PM. The day’s excitement will culminate with Tusker FC going head-to-head with Sofapaka at Kenyatta Stadium, Machakos, with kickoff scheduled for 4:00 PM. These fixtures are set to deliver exhilarating end-to-end action as teams seek to launch their campaigns with a strong performance.
This season, the FKF Premier League introduces two new teams: Mathare United and Mara Sugar. Mathare United is returning to the top flight, while Mara Sugar is making its debut. Both teams secured their promotion from the FKF National Super League last season. Specifically, Mara Sugar topped the standings with an impressive 84 points, and Mathare United followed closely with 82 points.
In their highly anticipated debut matches on Sunday, Mathare United will face a tough challenge against AFC Leopards at Dandora Stadium. Meanwhile, Mara Sugar will host Kakamega Homeboyz at Awendo Green Stadium. The return leg of the derby will go down on the 6th of April, 2025.
