Kenya’s Celebrated Musician, songwriter, and performer, Charisma has dropped his Debut solo Artist Today, 9th August 2024. The album titled “The Motion” is a collection of Ten eclectic Melodies. Charisma has Featured a handful of artists who fused their unique styles producing masterpieces within a Masterpiece. These artists include the talented Okello Max, Trio Mio, and Bensoul. Others are iconic Singer Ywaya tajiri, Coster Ojwang, Mutoria and the celebrated boy band Watendawilli.
Through a press release issued on the 10th of July, Charisma says the Album is a journey through his 20s. Taking to his twitter, Charisma adds that Album is a collection of lessons he picked throughout his journey. It highlights a journey of love, trust and the finding of self, among many other Phases he experienced.
“My debut solo album 9th of August – The complicated emotions, feelings and actions of a young man trying to find his way”. This album offers a compelling emotional odyssey. The transition from moments of melancholy to bursts of elation will provide fans with a dynamic and heartfelt listening experience. Each of the 10 tracks provides its own distinct and enchanting emotional atmosphere.
Charisma is set to take the stage again on August 23, for his eagerly awaited show, Charisma Live 3 , “The Motions Edition”. This concert will feature a live performance of his new album, giving attendees the unique opportunity to experience the material firsthand. This is will his first performance, after taking a performing Hiatus in March. The Event will be going down at Mass House inside jockey club, at Ngong’ Racecourse.
On Wednesday, August 7, 2024, friends, family, and industry insiders congregated for ‘The Motions’ Listening Extravaganza in an exclusive party. Additionally, the listening bash was broadcast live on Baze Radio, allowing fans to sample the album before its official release date. Moreover, his album follows two EPs and a handful of singles that he has released since leaving Le Band. Consequently, ‘The Motions’ is now available on all listening directories.
