Kenyan singer and songwriter Bensoul has continued to warm up the hearts of his fans in anticipation of His new album “The Party and After Party”. On Friday evening, 20th of July 2024, Bensoul brought together close friends, family, and industry insiders for a night of music and celebration.
During the exclusive listening party, Bensoul gave his guests a bash to be remembered with not only live performances of different jams in the album but also sharing behind-the-scenes stories during the creation process.
According to Bensoul, The Album, a collection of fifteen musical masterpieces draws inspiration from different phases of his life. Giving Cindy her flowers, Bensoul acknowledged that his girlfriend Cindy k played a key role in the album making process dedicating to her “Dancing in the Daylight”, one of the sensual songs in the album. The artists openly speaks about dating Cindy K giving details and facts to solidify the rumors that have been making rounds on the internet about the two seeing each other.
The fifteen track album features a handful of artists in Kenya and internationally. These include the Legendary nameless, Bien and Ariel Wayz. He also features Harmonize of Tanzania, The Ben, poet MainaMind, Hendrick Sam, Ywaya Tajiri and Namasaka.
Taking to his Instagram page, Bensoul has expressed his gratitude to his fans “Sudah Nation” for always accepting and appreciating his craft. In light with the recent revolutionary protests in the country, Bensoul says the Album is dedicated to all Kenyans who did not shy away from standing up for Kenya.
“Thank you all for your patience and for always supporting me. I cant wait for y’all to experience this album. I dedicate it to you all and for everyone fighting for our country Kenya”. Bensoul has also commended the producers and the team involved in the production of he Album “The party and the after party” which officially drops on the 26th of July 2024
